Manufacturer warranties cover the product. How long a window keeps out drafts and water depends just as much on how it was installed. That’s why every window we sell is installed by Hara’s employees, never subcontracted, and why we stand behind the work years later.

Which window brand is best?
There isn’t one best brand for every house. All three make quality vinyl windows. The right one depends on the styles and colors you want, your budget, and how much warranty coverage matters to you. We’ll give you an honest recommendation after we see your home.
Can I mix brands in one house?
It’s possible, but most homeowners prefer one brand throughout so the frames, colors and hardware match. If one room needs something special, we’ll talk through the options.
Who handles warranty claims?
Call us. We’ll look at the problem and work with the manufacturer on anything covered by the product warranty. One customer’s failed seal was replaced at no cost more than 20 years after we installed their windows.
